The adage of “Silence is Golden” can be viewed from many different perspectives. When one is quiet, it is much easier to actually hear. To effectively hear the whispers of one’s soul, it is important to understand the methodologies that are necessary to attain peace and to quiet the mind. Once one is able to find internal stillness and peace, only then is it possible to dwell in higher states of consciousness. Higher Consciousness dwells within every soul, waiting discovery in loving silence and a connection with the Divine.
Gratitude is a state of being that should be in our heart and foremost on our mind for more than one day per year. When we are living from a place of gratitude, our life experiences and expressions are more loving and much more satisfying and rewarding. Then it is not so difficult to be grateful. To be present in this day and to be open to the gifts in life is a gift in and of itself. Therefore, gratitude and love are essential for our personal growth and happiness and is the frequency that makes all things possible!
Who would believe that the fountain of youth could be found in cold showers? How about in spinach? Would you believe that in the years before the 20th century, ice water or snow baths were commonly used to heal medical issues? Many of us have heard of the ice bath for excessive temperatures. We have also heard of sports medicine and injuries (like broken bones) being submersed in ice water to heal the wound.
We have all heard of the "Law of Attraction" and many of us have "tried" to apply the "secret" to no avail. The fact is that the secret to the secret is the energy that you feel when you think a thought. The fact is that if you want to attract something into your life, you must FEEL that thing in your heart or in your gut (wherever you feel the truth). Think about what you feel when you know a thing is true.
Relationships can be the greatest source of joy or a seemingly unyielding source of pain and sorrow. Many couples experience the "falling in love" sensation and feel that they are compatible and are headed in the right direction but find themselves questioning their decision or choice of partner/spouse months or years later.

When conflict happens, many couples begin to feel that they have “fallen out of love” and actually make their thoughts become reality. When people live together full time, you have to understand that there is an adjustment period.
Many people say that if you are truly in love, marriage should not take effort. Others say that marriage is too difficult and takes too much work. The truth is that there is a middle ground! When you are in love with your spouse/partner and when you love your spouse/partner, then you WANT to work on the relationship. Yes, relationships take work, but it doesn't have to be "dirty" work. You can have an incredible relationship with the love of your life if you wish to! Much of our relationship depends on our own attitudes and perspectives.
